Joe is an award-winning artist, writer, and producer. He is the Creator of the KEMET comic property. He is a Guinness World Record Holder for creating the World’s Longest Comic Strip, and a Daily Point of Light Recipient from The White House. He and his work has appeared in People, Ebony, GQ and Jet Magazine, the Boston Globe, New York Times, C-Span, CNN, the Black Family Channel and other national media outlets.
Robenia McKinley’s professional expertise includes over 30 years as a child care professional, with experience as a principal, teacher, program developer and entrepreneur of a preschool.
As a writer, she has self-published a children’s book titled Sir Frederick Squirrel of Canterbury. Ms. McKinley has been a contributing writer for various publications such as the City Beat Magazine, The Inquiring News and others.
She is also an Associate Producer at Joe Young Entertainment, working on numerous youth and video projects. She has just completed her first Afrocentric children’s novel, The Weaverbirds.
Kyle Young has always been surrounded by art, whether it was the work of his artist dad Joe Young Jr. or music. But it’s the music that has really moved Kyle. Born in Hartford, Kyle grew up in Springfield, Mass where his grandfather’s piano and then a Casio keyboard gave Kyle a way to express himself through creating beats and music.
Kyle graduated in 2011 with a BFA in Cinema and Television from Columbia College Hollywood in Los Angeles. Kyle’s music has been on national TV, and his songs have been used in films, such as Collabo’s “Can You” in Copper Penny and Morbid: A Love Story.
Kyle has also founded his own clothing brand YOURADICA and continues to work on various media projects in Los Angeles.
Paige Young is an American singer, influencer, writer, and actress from Massachusetts. Paige studied theatre acting for four years at a performing arts academy. She began creating music in college, but started pursuing music professionally while living in South Korea.
Paige has drawn attention as a persona on social media – with popular series on TikTok and Instagram along with travel vlogs and storytimes on YouTube.
In addition, Paige has also co-written multiple comic books.
